Pick-Up Shuttle Service
There are two separate buses taking the same route from the Coast Hotel to the Rocky Mountain Inn. They run 10 minutes apart for convenience. Pick-up times & locations:
First stop: The Coast Hotel - 3:00 PM and 3:10 PM
Second stop: The Rocky Mountain Inn - 3:05 PM and 3:15 PM
Meet at Venue
3:30 PM - Sunday Sept 20, 2026
Venue: The Vista by Cornerstone
(The last building behind the Canmore Nordic Centre)
Canmore, Alberta
Self-parking is available on site, but requires a Kananaskis Park Pass as this is within a Provincial Park.
Ceremony
4:00 PM
The Ceremony will be on the rooftop of The Vista venue!
(We'll be up there in nearly any kind of weather! Please consider bringing an umbrella in case of rain.)
Toast the I Do's
Afterwards, we'll celebrate with drinks and appetizers on the rooftop!
Reception
5:30 PM - 2 AM
The reception space has a wrap-around balcony that will be open throughout the night.

Drop-Off Shuttle Service
From the venue, there are 3 buses at 3 separate times throughout the night which will return you back to the Coast Hotel and Rocky Mountain Inn:
First Bus: 10:00 PM
Second Bus: Midnight
Third Bus: 02:00 AM
