As you arrive at the Canmore Nordic Centre, continue driving through to the last building to get to "The Vista".

Yes, there is an elevator that services the lobby, reception floor, and the rooftop. 

Yes of course! 

Booster seats and high-chairs are provided, and there is plenty of room for strollers in the reception hall and rooftop. The elevator provides access to all levels. The reception-level bathrooms (mens' and women's) have change tables.

There are two separate buses taking the same route from the Coast Hotel to the Rocky Mountain Inn. They run 10 minutes apart for convenience. Pick-up times & locations:

1st stop: The Coast Hotel - 3:00 PM and 3:10 PM

2nd stop: The Rocky Mountain Inn - 3:05 PM and 3:15 PM

Arrival: The Vista venue (approx. 3:25 - 3:40 PM for both buses)

From the venue, there are 3 buses at 3 separate times throughout the night which will return you back to the Coast Hotel and Rocky Mountain Inn:

First Bus:  10:00 PM

Second Bus:  Midnight

Third Bus:  02:00 AM

Calgary International Airport (YYC) is the closest to Canmore. It's about a 1.5 hr drive.

There are frequent shuttle services between YYC and Canmore. One service to check out is Banff Airoporter.

The dress code is semi formal. 

Yes, there is ample parking available at the wedding venue, should you choose to drive to the venue instead of taking the shuttle we'll provide. 

As the venue is in a Provincial park, should you choose to park there, you'll need to purchase a $15/day Kananaskis Conservation Pass (purchase here or on arrival).

No, Canmore currently does not have Uber or Lyft. Taxis are available.
