Yes, there is an elevator that services the lobby, reception floor, and the rooftop.
Yes of course!
Booster seats and high-chairs are provided, and there is plenty of room for strollers in the reception hall and rooftop. The elevator provides access to all levels. The reception-level bathrooms (mens' and women's) have change tables.
We're in the process of getting shuttle services from the main strip (where are the hotels are) in Canmore to the venue, and back to the hotel strip in the evening at different times for your convenience. If you include your email address in the RSVP, we'll keep you updated with these details. We'll also update this site.
We plan to have this info by mid-May 2026.
Calgary International Airport (YYC) is the closest to Canmore. It's about a 1.5 hr drive.
There are frequent shuttle services between YYC and Canmore. One service to check out is Banff Airoporter.
The dress code is semi formal.
Yes, there is ample parking available at the wedding venue, should you choose to drive to the venue instead of taking the shuttle we'll provide.
As the venue is in a Provincial park, should you choose to park there, you'll need to purchase a $15/day Kananaskis Conservation Pass (purchase here or on arrival).
No, Canmore currently does not have Uber or Lyft. Taxis are available, and we are finalizing a shuttle service from a central hotel to the venue and back.
